    Purchased the webroot antivirus service for mom’s new computer, her birthday gift. She’s not very computer savvy so this helps insure ‘bad things’ won’t happen with her computer. Willy at the Westminster, Ca was wonderful in installing the antivirus software for mom. Willy made everything very easy:-)

    I love Webroot. It is far more secure than Norton, keeping threats at bay. It is also very easy to install. Moreover, Webroot does not inundate your inbox with hundreds of unsollicited marketing communications as does Norton.

    Very easy to install. Have installed on a laptop and a desktop. Seems to work great. Two issues. I was never prompted to set up password and it seems to think I have one. If I ever need to use it I'll just hit forgot password and set up one I know. Also, when it gives you readings, it doesn't give you a fix on certain problems such as a memory leak. Had to look it up and not quite sure what to do. Still working on it.
