    On several occasions I had some disruptions on my computer lap top and thank goodness I purchased to Webroot I called them and they helped me over the phone. Not an easy process to figure it out over the phone but I managed. Thanks Webroot geeks for your help

    I have always liked Web route, and I am willing to pay for it, but only once! Smile. I’ll have to check my credit card to see if I was indeed billed again. If not, I can say that I am very happy to have web root instead of other programs, the Geek squad put me onto it and it was a good tip.
