Poor support

Verified active subscription. Called tech support and they did their remote diagnostic and could not fix problem. Sent me to store to fix key code. They did fix it but charged me an additional $40. I feel that I paid $50 for the renewal and should not have to pay additional $40 to get it to work.

Getti/ng rid of the UPDATE KEYCODE message.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Webroot keeps telling me to "UPDATE KEYCODE". I have done what it tells me to do and it doesn't change anything. I have had 2 from the Geek Squad work on it and I still get the same message.

Haven't had it long, will see how it turns out. Geek Squad recommend it and I trust them and trust all their suggestions. Best Buy is a place I trust, and prices are always very good. Keep up the good work.

Webroot by itself is good enough for me.
