    All services seem to be working fine but you installed HP SMART for me and I still cannot get my pc to recognize my printer! I wasted 2&1/2 hours on the phone with your GEEK SQUAD yesterday and got nothing but disgusted waiting for them to do something. I had to go to work so I shut my computer down and left! This service sure is not user friendly!!!
