    I was suppose to get this at a reduced rate because I have the Total Protection product. I was never told this and purchased at full price. Later I found out from a Geek Squad rep that I should have gotten it at half price. They help me cancel and reinstall a new Webroot for half price. This should not have happened. Very disappointed. Caused quite a hassle and wouldn't have known this unless I was getting a computer cleanup and asked questions of the tech. Very poor on Best Buy

    I like Webroot for my computer protection I have used it along with the Geek Squad ever since I purchased my first computer in 2012. Jack from Geek Squad is great and is a blessing to us old timers.
