    I have been using WebRoot for several years and it keeps my devices protected. Having used other antivirus / spam software I find Webroot to be the best.

    It worked fine for four years. Auto renewed this year and key code would no longer work. Verified active subscription. Called tech support and they did their remote diagnostic and could not fix problem. Sent me to store to fix key code. They did fix it but charged me an additional $40. I feel that I paid $50 for the renewal and should not have to pay additional $40 to get it to work.

    I have always had Webroot on my Mac until last year when my Mac wouldn't work with it installed. Had to have Geek Squad do something to my Mac where it would work again. Have enjoyed getting it installed again as I feel my computer is a lot safer. Just got it reinstalled again in August of this year.

    So far, so good. My laptop just stopped at staeted scanning as soon as it saw a threat. Although I was in the middle of something, I do appreciate a warning like that. I didn't expect this service. Awesome!
