    I cannot get the Webroot to download on my computer. I have been out to town and now I am sick. Will work on getting it on my computer as soon as I can. My Quality, Value & Ease of Use ratings are what I heard about this product and why I purchased it. I can give another rating after I have used the product.

    This is a good security for all of your computers and it helps to notify us about who is logging on and who is hacking the computers. I just did not use it that much then I should've and now my dads computer is fired. Lesson learn use this firewall more often instead of taking it off.

    I just installed this with some assistance from a family member. I originally purchased a different brand but there was a mixup at Best Buy and was unable to have it installed the day the geek squad was at my home. A little disappointed but able to get the job done.
