    It worked fine for four years. Auto renewed this year and key code would no longer work. Verified active subscription. Called tech support and they did their remote diagnostic and could not fix problem. Sent me to store to fix key code. They did fix it but charged me an additional $40. I feel that I paid $50 for the renewal and should not have to pay additional $40 to get it to work.

    Great software but was a little upset that it did not renew with my Total Protection plan. Webroot would not renew it after the fact at my reduced price. Best Buy took care of my issue

    I like Webroot very much. It was recommended by the sales lady who helped me. I like Best Buy in Aberdeen very much. I am an elderly lady who is not great on the computer, so they give me good advice. I trust them.
