    Webroot keeps telling me to "UPDATE KEYCODE". I have done what it tells me to do and it doesn't change anything. I have had 2 from the Geek Squad work on it and I still get the same message.

    WEBROOT was promoted by the Geek Squad. With WEBROOT, we didn't need Norton or any of the other more expensive services.

    I was suppose to get this at a reduced rate because I have the Total Protection product. I was never told this and purchased at full price. Later I found out from a Geek Squad rep that I should have gotten it at half price. They help me cancel and reinstall a new Webroot for half price. This should not have happened. Very disappointed. Caused quite a hassle and wouldn't have known this unless I was getting a computer cleanup and asked questions of the tech. Very poor on Best Buy
