This Software just hangs out in the background and you don’t even notice that it’s installed — once it’s installed and the schedule is set, it is set it and forget it — you get noticeable green checkmarks next to the site listings verifying they are secure and ok to click on — it does its thing according to your schedule in about a minute and compares your files to listings on their server so no need for constant database updates — I run this Software simultaneously with other System Maintenance software with no issues — last I was aware, if you purchase from Best Buy you call their Geek Squad Tech Support for assistance

I’ve used Webroot for three years. It was initially included in the Best Buy Total-tech program which I subscribe to annually. Great program…by the way! This year I had to purchase it separately but at a reduced price due to my Total-tech membership. This software stays in the background and does not slow my computer down. And the full price when you don’t have the membership is much more reasonable than other antivirus software programs. This software also covers installation on 3 computers which is perfect for our needs.

I've always had a great experience with Webroot. It's always better be safe than sorry.

I need the severity thos provides. I also usebthe geek squad protection as as a very seniot person the computer wotld is beyond my comprehension.

I havd used Webroot for over 11 years and I have never had a problem with it. I did try Mcaffee for a year and they kept trying to tell me how I wasn't protected and then attempt to sell me more protection. Webroot just takes care of things and i don't have to worry.

Webroot is the best for finding and eliminating any threat to my computer or my wife's lap top. for the money, It is a bargain.

Great protection for laptop and PC. The product is very easy to install. Scans immediately after installation. Very pleased with the product!

I work and play on my laptop. I'm susceptible to distractions (aren't we all) so Webroot keeps my laptop and my work protected from viruses and hackers. I like that there's auto-renewal so I don't have to keep track of when I need to renew the product. Plus, the Geek Squad recommends it and even installed it for me.

I wanted the following features: (1) Very easy to use (2) Basic but necessary protection and reporting features (3) Great price I did not want: (1) Complex loading and operating procedures (2) Bells and whistles I couldn't and wouldn't use (3) Constant stream of ads on "free" products
