    Was told my surface would be ready byWednesday, they”just assumed” that the virus protection was ok they really didn’t check it out til I asked about it. They then had to call webroot to get the “old” virus protector off and install new one. Took a couple extra days I needed that surface to get some work done. Other than that the tech that helped was. Very nice explained everything was great to work with
