I wanted the following features: (1) Very easy to use (2) Basic but necessary protection and reporting features (3) Great price I did not want: (1) Complex loading and operating procedures (2) Bells and whistles I couldn't and wouldn't use (3) Constant stream of ads on "free" products

Previous to using WEBROOT my computer was constantly downloading viruses and making the computer nearly impossible to use. Thank you WEBROOT.

My only complaint is when calling Best Buy ....I always don't get a person on the phone that understands what i am asking about. Im sure im not the only person with that same complaint.
