They cover all the electronics I purchased from them; if I have a question or concern, they are a chat or phone call away. Being a Total member is totally worth it. It's a little pricey, but the great part is you don't need to go look for a person outside of BestBuy to fix any issue, hoping they don't scam you—it's not worth the headache. Also, their Webroot security is on point. Thanks, BestBuy you rock:)
