I had recently suffered data corruption and data loss due to malware, and Webroot was added to clean up the mess, So far, I am only running into some different troubles.

However the new laptop with Windows 11 won’t let me install it. So sad. Probably going to have to pay the Geek Squad to install it for me. I hadn’t anticipated that expense.

This is about the service from Best Buy. I spent two hours trying to buy this. Passed back and forth. First call, I said please call me next week and I will get the money in my house account. So, we made an appointment for Thursday. No one called. Then the next call was just total confusion. It should be an easy thing. It was not.
