    The antivirus software works as described. The live customer support at Webroot is outstanding, I had difficulty with the key and they never lost their cool, they worked with me over several days and solved my problem.

    Although I paid for Webroot again this year, it doesn't work correctly. At least once a day, if not twice, my computer shows a screen that says: "Your subscription to Webroot SecureAnywhere has expired." It won't let me do anything until I click "renew" . I hope that I am not being charged the yearly fee every time I click "renew".
