    As a lay person who just wants protection when using my lab top I keep seeing this message asking if I want this program to take over all other programs. I guess making itself the default program I would be using. I will have to return to Best Buy and see what’s this is all about.that’s why my rating is just barely hitting average

    Getting the idea that this program is pointless...days after I installed it on my brand new computer, i started getting messages saying my computer is infected with a bunch of viruses and I need to "renew" my protection...ive been continually getting these messages now every time I turn on my computer...if i installed this "protection" right away, how am i supposedly getting viruses..?
