    Could not load on Mac-mini. Spent an hour plus with Geek Squad and no luck. Apparently not compatible with Apple. Gave up and spent another hour getting a refund.

    Best Buy is very fast on getting the money they charge for, but I have NOT been able to download the product or get any help from their customer service. Worst customer service I have ever recieved.

    BUYER BEWARE-- if your salesperson tells you this is part of the Total Tech program at a discount, that is only for 1 year. After that expect to pay the full price. The lies that Best Buy salespeople tell is unbelieveable!!

    Sold package with out product. The did not have product available. Waited for product to come in and product did not work. Then tried to keep the Monday for unused membership.

    Usually, I like this product. However, someone is hacking some of my accounts and at times trying to take over control of my mouse and computer. I run the antivirus constantly and it has not picked up this problem.

    best buy said this was a good internet security for learners it very weak and it dont catch spyware or virus this company make a lot of money selling people infomation dont buy this or you get infected with virus buy avg or bit defender. ..

    ive spent a couple hours trying to get the download to work sugguest you don't buy....... the code with the purchase that was emailed to me doesn't work and tech support isn't getting back to me.... go with another software
