Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was unable to install this program on a new Chromebook because you have to jump through hoops installing it from the Chrome App Store, then you have to set up an online account with Webroot. It just doesn’t work. It’s a long, drawn out process. I tried to install it and get it to work for hours. When I contacted Best Buy through customer service chat they refused to give a refund. The agent cited their customer policy, and when I told her the product was cr_p she threatened to disconnect my chat. I am out the entire amount of the Webroot software as it doesn’t work properly on Chromebook PLUS I also read that Chromebook doesn’t get viruses so there was no reason for me to purchase it in the fist place. I am a long time Best Buy customer and I got burned on this purchase.

I also purchased the Web root security. It wouldn't download to the laptop. In order to get security for the laptop it had to be purchased from a trusted source, which was Microsoft store.I totally wasted $ money. The laptop runs in S mode.
