It just doesn’t work. It’s a long, drawn out process. I tried to install it and get it to work for hours. When I contacted Best Buy through customer service chat they refused to give a refund. The agent cited their customer policy, and when I told her the product was cr_p she threatened to disconnect my chat. I am out the entire amount of the Webroot software as it doesn’t work properly on Chromebook PLUS I also read that Chromebook doesn’t get viruses so there was no reason for me to purchase it in the fist place. I am a long time Best Buy customer and I got burned on this purchase.

I also purchased the Web root security. It wouldn't download to the laptop. In order to get security for the laptop it had to be purchased from a trusted source, which was Microsoft store.I totally wasted $ money. The laptop runs in S mode.
