Program is great, customer service was terrible.

I have had this security program for several years and the annual renewal this year was a total pain as the keycode Best Buy provided did not work and I spent over an hour on the phone with Best Buy agents to try and get it resolved...unsuccessfully!! I ended up having to totally cancel my annual renewal and completely by a new subscription to finally get it working on my laptop. The (lack of) quality assistance on the phone was extremely frustrating.
