    I was tricked into buying a Best Buy Total Tech Membership. They told me it would also include the Webroot Antivirus protection. Out of the blue, I was told the protection was not included. This was never told to me and rendered my CPU unprotected for a short time. When I called Best Buy, they told me after I inquired that I was in error and needed to purchase a separate Webroot product. I did, and I immediately cancelled the $180 dollar membership, which was absolutely useless. Thanks for nothing Best Buy.

    after 3 visit and a new computer I still have same problem with new computer. problem was exported from old computer into new computer. Workers were very friendly and polite however did not fix problem
