I had to spend TOO MANY hours on the phone with support, being transferred from one rep to the next. I finally got it on two devices. No telling what will happen when I try to add it to the third.

I thought I had a virus. He was able to help me understand what was really going on with my computer. He fixed it and helped me get Webroot so that I could have Antivirus protection.

Unfortunately, that wasn't true, so I purchased a new subscription. it did wonders for my computer's speed and eliminated nearly all the annoying pop-up's that I had been dealing with. I recommend it highly!
