After using the computer for less than five times, I got a virus that said my computer was infected..call this number...etc. I ran the Webroot scan while the computer was still infected and it said there were no infected files! when contacting Webroot tech, their first reply was a sales pitch.. tried to sell me a "protection plan" for $199! I uninstalled the software and requested a refund. I very seldom write reviews but this is too important to let go.

No computer, no software!

So in 4 to 8 weeks when if i get my small business computer back I will find out if the product i bought helps. If anyone reads this from Best Buy, please let me know when my computer is done!

I have had the WORST time trying to cancel my subscription and have been charged twice already. Webroot isn't the issue, Best Buy is. If you're going to buy this product, do not do it through Best Buy, they make it ridiculously hard to cancel the subscription.

We had to even google what the heck it was. Only noticed it because it charged to a CC that we had paid off and didn't use. Awful service, no way to contact anyone for help.
