A bit annoying

Now every 3 minutes or so webroot comes up announcing in so many seconds it will block whatever I've got going on screen unless I stop it. What's the point of that? Also your survey asks me if I would recommend the product yes or no. I can't say either one since I need more time to figure this whole business out. So I will say yes to keep you people happy

The Geek Squad is very underrated because they are very smart and talented, using their knowledge to remove viruses and fix what we have botched up. Valuable service!!
