    Best Buy offered an excellent alternative to be able to continue to use my current laptop. By purchasing the recommended product, they were able upgrade, cleaned up and add protection for my computer. All affordable and needed. I am super satisfied with the quality, price and service!

    Unsure of if it actually helps or not, but it does the job I suppose. It does occasional scans, but has not detected anything in the past years. My laptop still runs a little slow; I wish it had the capacity to streamline the laptop on top of keeping it safe from viruses and spyware. Again, I’m no pro, but I suppose not having experienced any viruses means this package is working. I bought it for the price this time around.

    Went into BB cause I thought I got hacked. Tech on site helped me and settled my nerves and informed me of the WEBROOT. After listening to her I decided to get it and now I run it every day even though it does the check on its own every 24 hrs. She was so full of great information and really calmed me down.
