    I think this is probably a very good product, but when I went to install it I got an error code. I called the Webroot support line and after the tech checked, he said that since my MacBook didn’t have an intel chip, that software wouldn’t work. But I could buy a version that would…and it was good for 5 devices and could be transferred to replacement devices in the future…said it was good for lifetime. $499.99 later they loaded the software on my new MacBook and my old one. After purchasing what I was told would work on my new MacBook for $30-$40, I felt like I might have been tricked. It better keep my Macs virus free and safe from bad dudes!!!!

    The service given to our computer problem was excellent. We completed the service on our old computer and then replaced it with a new computer tower. Everyone who helped displayed excellent tech knowledge and to us what we needed to know. We have been very pleased with every purchase we have made with bestbuy and feel safe with Qeek Squad as our service provider.
