The West Des Moines team were courteous and professional. They explained the process and once I took my time to implement the process it cleared the pop-ups and spams on my phone.

Your company has excellent products and service. My only complaint is when calling Best Buy ....I always don't get a person on the phone that understands what i am asking about. Im sure im not the only person with that same complaint.

This item works flawlessly with no effort on my part. Simply log on and the software does all the security work leaving me with absolutely no worries. Having the Geek Squad installing this with checking out my laptop was easy, peasy.

I had to re-purchase after the foreign speaking individual mistakenly removed the wrong thing when trying to remove an additional service plan after a new computer purchase.
