Excellent antivirus good price better service an easy installation

The Best Buy store in Kenosha has the BEST customer service ever! I was recently hacked on my computer, and very anxious about my devices and accounts. I went to the store in Kenosha and was helped by the most wonderful and compassionate employee. Her name is Julea. She took care of all my needs, and helped to secure my accounts and devices. She definitely went over and above all expectations! Thank you so much!

I never heard of Webroot before going into Best Buy. I've been so BEYOND frustrated with the other two leading antivirus systems who do nothing but harass me with pop ups and scare alerts (so I'll buy more). Webroot doesn't have to use scare tactics on their customers ... they just do their job. Thanks, Webroot.

I have used this product for over 5 years and rely on it with confidence. I had intended to add the 365 days to the remainder of my subscription similar to my last upgrade. No so. I investigated to no avail and was denied an exchange to fix this issue. For the first time in a long time, I am disappointed with Best Buy,

Easy to do yourself. So far i haven't seen the issues that i have before.

I have used webroot for over 5 years i have never had any issues with my 2 computers or laptop. I always feel safe and secure. It tells me what it found and cleaned out. I wouldn't use anything else to protect my computers.
