    My insignia freezer arrived within the time slot allotted. The delivery men were helpful in getting the freezer set up and running. I was pleased with the best buy service. However when I call the customer service for insignia I was given the run around and never did get to talk to one of their reps. I wish the freezer would have come with a full booklet of instructions because I couldn't get through to insignia I still don't have one.

    Seems this is a very good product for protecting your PC. I had an issue setting it up because I didn't follow instructions. I called Webroot and they immediately knew the issue. I finished setup and Webroot is now protecting my new laptop and I have confidence it is doing its job.
