Good plug works as advertise

Once I installed the app on my iPhone I set it up through the app within a couple of minutes. I have two of these so far and they fit side by side in a wall outlet. My fan is plugged into one and a star light is plugged into the other one. Have had for a month by now and they work great.

Programming not intuitive and no instructions

There are no instructions in the package and the website isn't super helpful. Spent about 2 hrs on chat with tech and we finally got things working on iPhone but not iPad. I gave up trying

good but with flaws

Clean app. I haven't really had any of the issues other people have complained about. Unfortunately, the big deal breaker on these for me is that they won't restore the previous On / Off state after a power outage, so when power is restored it just stays off (but does connect to WiFi). So if I'm running remote computers or a DVR based camera system I have to turn them back on manually after a power outage. Company reps keep making excuses as to why this was designed this way and how it's impossible to add this feature. I know other remote switches work this way by default (restore On state after power is restored). I likely won't be staying with these in the future.
