This product is absolutely amazing work seamlessly with the HomePod and is able to do whatever you need. You just talk to Siri and ask her to turn the switch on and off it works from your phone remotely or you can do it from inside your house using the HomePod. If you’re an Apple userIt’s a must have. It is extremely convenient to have your Christmas tree hooked up with the switch highly recommend it

The WeMo mini controlled outlet switch is easy to integrate, and performs better than their first-generation product.

Good product. Easy to use interface on apple. Sometimes loses connection and has to be manually reset.

Have used several wall plug controllers. The Wemo is very user friendly and small enough to fit in tight areas.

If you dont have a smart bulb for a lamp this can work in its place. The nice thing about this one is that you can you can place two per wall outlet many others are shaped in a way that blocks the second outlet.

Have a bunch of these throughout our house, decided to go this route rather then the controllable light bulb way. Been very happy with these products as a whole. This purchase was to replace a vintage timer that kept getting the on off times wrong and it has worked perfectly since installed. Now don’t get me wrong just like any electronic device that requires WiFi and is App based it may have its quirks here and there, but over all these products are great.

this has a timer feature on the app. makes me feel so much safer coming home to a lit home. really easy to use

I wanted to give a smart device a try. This is a good item to start with. I've used it for a lamp. It works with Alexa or with their app or even with the Alexa skill Reverb. Do I need it? Not necessarily, but it is nice to have. After a week, the other half is used to telling Alexa to turn on the bedroom--and the light comes on. Set up was pretty easy, but it took a little extra effort/time to get it working with Alexa. Not a huge issue--just a little more time consuming.

Once setup works great with Echo Alexa and SmartThings automation products. But setup on phone app could be improved, with it bouncing between the switch and your local home wifi until complete.

Great control plug easy pairing and very dependable and very affordable

Love the WeMo switch. I now can remotely control my lamp with this. This is also compatible with IFTTT, Alexa, and Google Home.

Using Google Home with this works amazing!! Its small and stealthy so you don't have to worry about bulky plug!!

This is amazing when paired with Amazon Echo. Instead of going downstairs to a dark living room early in the morning or late at night, I just say, "Alexa, turn on the lights" from the stairs and problem solved

Everything about the Wemo Mini Smart Plug is superb - it's well-packaged, and securely wrapped within the container, so it's in mint condition when you remove it from the packaging. The quality of the finish and construction is apparent. User instructions are clear and simple, and you'll be up and running on Amazon Alexa or other compatible smart home device in a matter of a few minutes (even faster if you are using the smart plug as a stand-alone). Highly recommended.

It was very easy to set up. The app works well and works well with google assistant. Also not too pricey.

This is my 2nd wemo plug. I am adding to my collection. I've had the same plug for one year and I have had zero problems. The most important thing I love about this product is that it doesn't require a hub.

Christmas tree was a bit harder to turn off this year, after moving into a new house. Rather than climb over presents a bookcase and the arm of a couch, I got this amazing little device. Added it to Amazon Alexa in a matter of minutes and had it in the living room light automation modes in the blink of an eye. Never has it been easier to control the holiday lights. Next year I think I’ll need a couple more for OUTSIDE lights!

This product is so easy to set up. I had planned to watch the tutorials on YouTube, but that wasn’t even necessary. I had downloaded the app prior to bringing it home. For setting up, I knew that I needed my phone in hand, WiFi password, and then simply plug it in. Then on my phone click: settings, WiFi, WeMo. Then open the WeMo app and set up! After set up was complete there was software updates ready to be updated. Done!

I like the Wemo smart plug, I have the first generation wemo smart plug which needed a bridge to work with apple homekit. And now with the 2nd generation wemo smart plug you don't need a bridge to work with apple homekit, there independent but the only issue I have is if you have no wifi signal you cannot control the Wemo smart plug. If wemo can invent a smart plug that can work with Bluetooth that would be awesome.
