Wemo is having issues. You can use the WiFi to operating 99% of the time but, lately net access has been non-existent.

These types pof plugs are becoming very cheap, but I've tried a couple other brands and they have flaky WiFi connectivity. These are always solid.

Love my smart plugs! But make sure you don’t throw out the instructions in case you have to re set it up. I have run into this issue.

They continue to disconnect from Wi-Fi for no apparent reason, and the garbage app tells you to factory reset repeatedly, and then when you do, continues to not connect. If this happened once or twice, I’d say stuff happens, but this is consistently happening at least once a month. Untenable. There are better products for the same price. Garbage. Also, mysteriously the code you scan on the product is on the back of the outlet which needs to be plugged in for the app to work. So you have to take a picture of the code on something else and scan it off the picture because for some strange reason they decided to cover up the scan code when you need to scan it.

Wife loves this plug to turn off the tv at night since the remote was lost and TiVo remotes aren’t compatible with our Black Friday “special” tv.

I had trouble getting this setup on my existing wemo account. I had to re-install the app to get it setup. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Made a bedroom lamp and a living Room lamp that I didn't want to get rid of into a smart light that works with my Google home and my Google mini. easily set up I like it

The smart plug works as it should but the app is shotty sometimes. The auto on/off feature is hit or miss but it works great with my google home devices.

Works very well. The app is great and easy to use. I love it for when we're out later than expected and can turn on a light for the dog or just to make it appear as if we're home.

We pretty much have these in every room. The broadcast and play music everywhere features are a must. We also find the mini's work better then the normal Google Homes.

We have a few of these plugs in house which allows us to ask Alexa to turn things on/off. Love the technology and hope pricing for these come down a bit so I can purchase several more.

I have purchased several wemo products at Best Buy. The sales people are so helpful. One unit failed out of four wemo plugs. The sales personal replaced it with a smile!

Was trying to get all my Christmas lights hooked up. Got this wemo plug and was able to get everything into one source. Can control this through my phone or through Alexa.

Works some of the times. Disconnects a lot and have to restart it when I get back home. When it works, it works well.

Wish I had more of these. Use for my tv and my google hub. Can be considered a safety issue that way I am not turning lights out and it be dark and maybe falling. Thank you

This is the third one I’ve bought. That’s my best recommendation. I use them in our home and vacation house. They work anywhere there’s WiFi.

Having set up many wifi-connected devices I figured this would be no different. I was certainly wrong and after multiple days and multiple hours of trying I finally had to use my girlfriend's iPhone to finish setting up WeMo Wi-Fi smart plug. After they are set up they work great but I cannot recommend just because of how bad the app was for insulation

Works great once you get the direction of the Best Buy team to help you through the set up process unless your geek to know exactly what to do. No instructions provided.

After a firmware upgrade this plug works exactly as needed. I use this for one of my ac units upstairs and I have it linked to the nest thermostat through this outlet. Works like a champ.
