Have had nothing but issues and after the latest firmware update, are completely non functional. I replaced them with more expensive Smartthings outlets and love them. Buy the older model Wemo, or purchase the slightly more expensive Samsung switches. You won't be dissapointed! I am contacting Belkin to see if these are able to be replaced under warranty.
