I have other Wemo products but this was the first mini plug. The plug was difficult to get it to connect to my WIFI and looking it up online seems that is a common problem with it. The solution keeping resting it till it connects. That needs to be fixed to make it more usable. Other than that it works great.

Fairly straightforward, but this adapter helped me plug more stuff in. :) Works great.

Great little smart home unit which is simple to set up and has a multitude of options.

Straight out of the box this smart switch worked as advertised. Easy to set up via the download app, does the job well, and worked like breeze with Google home voice commands. Since this purchase have bought 4 addional smart plug sockets for use around the house.

Love this smart device. It was easy to setup, and I was able to turn on/off lamps while away on a short trip. Can also be set up as a timer. Just bought the Amazon Echo Dot and it was extremely easy to connect the Wemo device to it; now it can be controlled by voice.

This is excellent and works best with Amazon echo (Alexa). We can schedule on and off.

I have purchased multiple Bluetooth plug-ins that are compatible with Alexa and all of them have been crap. This is the only one that is proven to be durable, reliable, and easy to set up. They’re a little more expensive but I will definitely buy more of them.

Great! We connected out Christmas tree lights to it and can power on with google home

Great smart plug. This is my third. Easy to connect. Works with Alexa. An program a schedule if you so desire. Had the Christmas tree hooked up to this one. So nice not having an old fashioned timer ticking in the family room.

Purchase a 3 pack set of these switches. They were easy to set up and use with my echo

Pretty good home automation device - when it works. App can be frustrating

Easy to set up and use; Alexa found it right away. We used it first for our Christmas tree lights. Now we are using it to turn on lights in our entryway, which has come in handy when I come home and my hands are full. Great product, will buy more in the future.

Wemo is an excellent choice to turn on and off lights. Device works well with Alexa.

This is a great product, working with many assistants (Apple HomeKit/Siri, Google and Alexa). It offers ongoing firmware updates and customer service is good. The only draw backs are first of all the size. It’s an elephant of power switches compared to some but atleast it’s designed with a good appearance but could be atleast a bit smaller or offer it in this size with multiple ports. The other thing is the setup at times can be a breeze, other times aggravating requiring multiple retries/resets (and just when you get thinking you have the process the next might not follow suit). However I would recommend! (Oh and p.s. if you setup and have issues/return only support can help remove it currently as the app and website do not offer this from a user side)

Been using it to make coffee in the AM, works best with none programmable coffee pots

I bought this for my fiancé to use as a way to control the plug for his diesel truck’s block heater during the winter. It’s so much better than a normal timer, because you can control it from your phone and set it on or off whenever you want. It’s very handy!

When looking for my first smart switch, I looked for one that worked with Google Assistant (Being an Android person), and this was a well recommended product for that purpose. Reading over the set-up instructions made it seem easy enough, and for the most part it was easy, but do not be surprised if the set-up is not as easy as is described in the instructions. Certain smart phones interact with smart switch differently, but do not let that frustrate you. There are MANY posts and videos, online, of people who have struggled to set up their own Wemo Smart Plugs and were successful in the steps the performed. Once you figure out which method works for your device, the products works, PERFECTLY AS ADVERTISED! I strongly suggest this product for any person looking to get a smart switch (The added features are a big positive).

This product was a gift. Seems to being doing its job. Very easy to operate, and makes like easier. Was able to get them for a good price as well. Hopefully it continues to stay durable.

Great product to add to your home. Works great with WeMo and Philips Hue!
