I really the fact that you can turn off just about any device around the house without having to use your hands! All I have to do is tell Alexa to turn off whatever I have plugged in with the wemo and it turns off. For example, I have an outdated TV in the living room and I have it plugged in to the wemo. I named the wemo device "TV" so whenever I tell Alexa to turn off that wemo device, I say "Alexa, turn off the TV". You can always change the name of the wemo through the wemo app. It's simple. The only downside I have with this is that sometimes the wemo doesn't respond with Alexa and I don't know why; therefore, I can't fix the problem. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. So, it's a bit frustrating knowing that the device isn't responding 100% of the time.

Great product to use especially when you need lights on in the middle of the night.

This is a really nice smart plug. All of the smart plugs I use in the home are from WeMo. It is really easy to use and that it can work with Amazon echo and the Google Assistant. This is a really nice smart plug to use.

We have serval and wanted to add a couple to the bedroom lights. They work great.

Bought this because we got an Amazon Echo Show and Echo. It works with Alexa and the setup is easy as long as you stay on 2.4 and not 5G. Bought one for the living room and bedroom. Makes life a little easier.

Works great, fast/easy setup, once you do one light switch in your house... You'll want to do them all. The only issue I have is that... Once it goes offline just once (power outage or whatever reason), it's a total nightmare to get back online.

At first I followed the directions on the Wemo app because my Apple HomeKit either co I’llnr find it or said it was incompatible . I was having issues just like all the bad reviews said . Then I restarted my phone went back for the app and with patience between each step ( I.e. connecting to wemo , back to app , finding network ) I finally set up the plug . It worked grey with my HomePod . The second plug took less than a minute to install . I connected via WiFi and my home app identified it and used the HomeKit picture to install in less than one minute . Wemo app did the same . I changed the names and was ready to go . I can control both either with my phone , HomePod and Apple Watch . Pretty smooth once restarted phone and plug out and back in outlet
