This was my first foray into using smart devices in my home. The Wemo was easy enough to install and control through an app on my cell phone. It also integrates with my Samsung Smartthings Hub. Two reasons why I didn't give this device 5 stars. First, it's a bit pricey. You can purchase similar devices on the internet at half the price. Second, the device is a bit bulky, compared to other smart plug/outlet options. Other than that, it's been working since I purchased it and has yet to loose connection and/or require a reset.

Easy to set up and works with my google home. Very convenient to be able to use my voice to control electronic equipment.

I had some existing switches. The wemo app was recognizing all other switches except this new one. I had to return this one. It could be my phone issue or it could be defective switch.

Great product, sets up easily and is easy to use. I have serveral of them in my home and love them

This is really helpful with my Christmas tree instead of unpluging and plugging. much easier with the phone app. and works with google home

Seems a little pricey for just one smart plug. (I assume these will get much cheaper as they become more popular.) That's why I only gave four stars. But it works very well with my Echo Dot and the app on my iPhone. Very convenient!

Love! I use this for my decoration lights and it connects to Alexa!! The app is easy to navigate as well

I originally bought a older version of this Wemo device. This small and slimmer device fits perfectly on my wall and still able to plug in my surge protector

Great plug to use for items that can be continuously left one. I use it for my fan and it has not failed me yet. Would recommend.

I got this working with the Google Home, before it had official support, by setting it up through IFTTT. There's an android app that you need to install. Connect your phone to the WeMo's WiFi, and provide login credentials to your own WiFi. Once the WeMo is on your network you can name it, and control it with your phone or other voice controlled home automation systems. This model does not provide current consumption statistics, but it is tiny. It has the same footprint as a 3 outlet adapter, and allows you to use both outlets of a standard AC outlet. No hub required!

Hard product to get setup and fails every now and again, but works really great when it does work. Works well with the google home and makes turning on my reading lamp super easy

These are a really great cheap option for adding this to our smart home. They work flawlessly with Apple home.

Purchased one of these plugs after buying an Amazon Echo. Very convenient to have especially when leaving for work at 4:30am and getting home after dark. Very easy to set-up and synchronize with the Amazon Echo. Loved the ability to use the app on my smartphone to turn on the lamp prior to leaving work. Bought 5 more of these plugs for the rest of my home. Will be purchasing the smart switch in the near future. A little bit pricey, but if you shop around you will find them cheaper. Best Buy has been great at keeping the price cheaper than buying direct from Belkin.

Excellent wemo device smaller than original and shaped so it doesn't take up two plugs. Works well. Easy to setup. Works with alexa amazon echo also

Have this connected to my google mini and works with no problems. I have this attached to my nightlamps and its so easy to set up

I purchased this smart plug around the holidays to add some automation to my Christmas lights via HomeKit. It took me a minute to figure out, but you need to download the app and update the plug via the app. Once the plug was updated I was able to add it to HomeKit via the WeMo app. No HomeKit code or anything was provided, so the WeMo app was the only way to intigrate it to my HomeKit app. Everything has worked as advertised, no issues at all. This smart plug works with other platforms besides Apple’s HomeKit.

Easy to use, still working great after 1 year. Been using it with Echo, no issues. Their app is also easy to use. Highly recommended.

Initially I purchased this as a gift for a family member, and could never get it to setup correctly on their network. I bought another brand for them as a replacement and took this one home to try on my network, and had no problems at all. All is working well in my house as expected. I would recommend this as an inexpensive alternative to the other options out there. Also, on a side note, this models height will allow you to plug two of them into the same outlet unlike some of the others on the market.

This is great to use indoors. I bought one before and used it to program my string lights outside my house. It got rained and snowed on, then it just stopped working weeks later, like totally dead. It’s very easy to program it, didn’t have any issue. I had fun controlling it from the app and my echo dots. Must buy if you’re into programming your lights to turn on and off at a certain time, especially if you’re going to go on vacation away from home.

I have tons of these plugs laying around at the house. They are great! Integrates well with Google assistant and Alexa
