So at first I had some compatibility issues connecting to HomeKit when these first pushed out the security updates. But Belkin has released some updates that have fixed those issues and I can now pair to HomeKit in a snap and control it easily with Siri!

I’ve only had them about a week, but they work great. I do suggest turning off your router’s 5ghz signal when you install them. I read many reviews complaining about their connection issues and it seems like this step would fix it for most people.

Has to download the app to initially connect it to my Google home and Amazon echo and haven't opened the app since. I have had to repeat myself very few times to issue commands and I blame that more on the other devices involved. Takes up way less space then older versions and works as advertised.

I find the Wemos, of which I have 5, quite finicky. Particularly during setup but occasionally during usage. Sometimes the device (and this purchase in particular) just refuses to complete setup, despite all reset options Wemo gives you. They usually blame your WiFi. Yeah, the router that's right across the room has a bad signal. Sure. And sometimes after setup the Wemo will turn off and not follow any scheduled actions, especially after any power disturbance. You just have to push the button to start it back up (or use the app), but hello, supposed to be a smart home. As other manufacturers suffer from the same issues mostly, I reluctantly lean towards recommending.

I LOVE this plug. I used it for a living room lamp near the staircase and I am able to have Alexa turn it on and off with a voice command. It is so convenient when entering a dark room or descending on dark stair s to ask for the light. I will buy several more soon. Definitely worth the $,

It is well built. Try twice before success on the software. Turning on and off have a blink noise.

Finally, I can put two wemo switches on a single wall outlet. For that alone, this one fit the bill. It is very reliable and maintains its wifi connection with little issue. For me at least, much better then the previous generation.

I bought one for my floor lamp that has a hard to reach on and off switch, and yes I’m very amazed how much this little smart plug has made my life so much easier. I’m planning to buy more for my AC as it gets too cold at night and I’d definately recommend this to my friends!

Bought the Dyson fan. Did not fan air over 3 feet. Used this plug adapter on a regular fan now I can turn on and off over the app. Works amazing and it’s under $30 compared to Dyson $450.00, it does have an amazing app but does not match the fan performance.

I never used it because I do not have internet at my office. So I took 3 purchases back.

I got these to replace old school timers that always needed resetting. It took a little time for me to set up. I read the basic info, and then it was trial and error. Now they work properly and I have them connected to amazon echo dot, for further refinement. Like I said, it's a beginning.

At a price point of $35 (when I bought it) is exactly what I wanted. Taking up one plug leaving an open slot is exactly what I wanted. The app works great and using it with Google Home works flawlessly. Once setup it's easy and works with Google assistant so you can voice on and off anywhere..

Plug does what it's described to do. Wish there was a version with two sockets. Adding to HomeKit process should be easier incase you don't have the QR code. Love that it's compatible with all voice assistants.

I bought a few of these to use around my house. I mainly use them for lamps to make them "smart lamps" instead of getting the smart light bulbs to put in them. Works great and I love how simple they are to use! Easy to use the app as well!

Yes this plug is a good product. It works well with Alexa. Hooked right up to everything. One tiny thing kept it from being five stars. WeMo just came out with a bridge so their products would work with Apple HomeKit, wonderful! It cost $39 I don’t like that!

Maybe its user error but we are having a hard time finding the best place for this and can't seem to keep it connected to our Echo. Plan to dig in a little further to find out what the problem is. Don't want to place the blame on WEMO when it very well could be user error!

The Wemo outlet works really well. I have no complaints. I heard some say that it loses connection but where I live I have issues with WiFi going through walls and this smart outlet is as far away from the router as possible and it has yet to disconnect. I highly recommend it.

Purchased this piece, well 4 of them to control some of the power strips in my home like the entertainment center, lights, and office. None of these need all day power so this works perfectly to control all the devices. Also paired with Echo Dot I can use voice commands throughout the home.

I like this plug. I currently am using this to power a lamp, but will be using to control my XMAS lights in December. I would have given 5 stars but had issues getting this activated with the app as suggested. I was able to activate the plug using Amazon Alexa thankfully.

This smart plug really works as it is supposed to. Adding units is very easy and control online via smart phone works well. Automating the switch is easy as well though there are isolated instances when it would keep the lights on but I guess that must be a glitch.
