I purchased this as a gift for my son, who was very pleased to receive. He chose to set it up so he can tell his coffee pot when to turn on each morning. This is an excellent gift which gives the recipient many options for use.

Theses are great products. Been using for some time and they haatve never let me down. To bad you don’t have a greater selection. It’s tough when you take 3 days to deliver and Amazon take 1

works great. at first got the best buy brand and it didn't work. had to exchange with this one. great for christmas tree or in the bathroom for curling iron if you are afraid you forgot to turn it off.

I bought the WeMo Mini because I wanted a smart switch that was HomeKit compatible and didn't need a bridge. The Wemo seems to be the only official choice in the market. Setup: 1. App. The app constantly crashes (and I'm on an iPhone 11 Pro). It took several attempts to get the screen to enter WiFi. 2. WiFi. Trying again and again it would NOT connect to my WiFi. I'm not a novice. I have a laptop, network printer, NEST, and other smart switches (Lutron, TP-Link) connected to WiFi but the WeMo refused to connect. 3. HomeKit. Don't bother. Apple's Homekit refused to set this up on WiFi. The code scans but after Apple tries it advised me to setup on the app. I tested this at multiple points in home. Close to and far away from my router. Temporarily disabled 5G on my router. Reset the WeMo several times. After a few hours, I gave up. Massively disappointing. I would not recommend. The WeMo is also not really compact. I have TP-Link HS100 series smart switches (not Homekit compatible) that are smaller but sadly don't support Homekit. I really wish I hadn't wasted my money on WeMo it's a piece of garbage. No wonder it was on sale.

Bought 3 of these and put them on lamps in my livingroom. After they connected themselves to the internet, l was good to go! They work great with Alexa too! The WEMO app and Alexa app work great also.

Love my Wemo! I can control my lights while I’m away and even have my Amazon Alexa control the lights. This comes very handy when walking in to a dark house with your hands full of groceries.

Awesome addition to Homekit for lights or appliances that are not smart! Easy to setup. Just save the barcode to setup as it is impossible to scan when plugged in.

Very convenient to be able to control lights from anywhere. Great product. I highly recommend (I previously tried GE light bulbs and had connectivity issues). No issues with Wemo.

This is a great product. I highly recommend it if you have a google home or an alexa. The only downside is that the outlet can only be used for one thing such as a lamp or phone charger.

I use it to turn on and off lights for my indoor plants.

I've had no problems with this smart plug. It doesn't work with iPhone home kit (right now), but does work with Alexa. I used this unit to replace an insignia smart plug that did not consistently work with my iPhone 6s plus.

Works good no issues easy to use straight out of the box

Honestly super easy to setup and connect to other devices like my Alexas throughout the house I’ve ended up buying multiples during the Xmas season to control lights super convenient

Great way to add wireless power control and remote timer

I bought one for a timer and liked it so much i bought 2 more one for a light and another for a another timer. Works great with Google. You can also change settings on your phone when you are away.

I had a bit of a time connecting but when it did it worked well. Added it to Amazon and Google assistants easily. Had a router change and all still worked. After about a week after the change it started to have an issue and I have not been able to get it connected again after several tries. I have put it away for a bit and will pull it out soon, try the troubleshooting techniques and give it a go again. I liked it when it worked!

I believe that any lamp in the house should have one of this, very easy to setup, and you can control all from the app. The best part is to programming some lights to turn on-off at an specific schedule, like the xmas tree!

The app works good and it turns my things off instantly

This is a good product to get started in very basic home automation. Also if you get other Wemo products it has an app and things work together. I also got it because it works with Alexa.
