Easy set up, great app, works with Siri and google home! Used for Christmas lights indoors

I see lots of bad reviews on wemo devices and I never understand the hate. I have several devices and they’ve been generally rock solid. I’m guessing the environment of peoples homes and Wi-Fi strength has a lot to do with the bad reviews. Setting these devices up was easy and quick. I had no problems setting up multiple devices and was done in under 20 minutes. I deducted a star because I have occasionally had to unplug and replug the device back in. This usually fixes my issues. One device did give me trouble for a week or two and has worked flawlessly since I unplugged it for a half hour. HomeKit integration is a nice plus and I’m generally happy with this product.

Small, effective and useful. These work with Apple Home, Amazon Alexa and Wemo application.

Like them very much. I like using the app but also I can just say turn on or off with Alexa.

Functions just like it’s suppose to. Software updated properly. Works in my HomeKit app. I also have one the older model larger Wemo plugs that I could never get to work. It is stuck in software updating mode, not so with this model.

Great smart plug. Easy set up! Great design as it doesn’t take up space on the wall plug!

I couldn’t get these to pair on my WiFi. I believe it’s an issue with my Orbi wifi system not allowing me to allocate a specific 2.4 ghz network. Good product otherwise just make sure your wifi has two specific networks.

HomeKit compatible. Very easy to use. I use it on my lamps that don’t allow smart bulbs.

Works MUCH better pairing directly to Apple HOME App than trying to work with the Wemo app integration! If you run into issues with not being added via the Wemo app, just add directly to your Apple HOME ecosystem and use that!

I have been using these WeMo switches for years and love them! Very easy to set up and works with home kit. Being able to control the lights, coffee maker and whatever else you can plug into it when away from home is a great feature. They also come with timers to set a certain time for the switch to turn off or on. I like it for a heating blanket.

I absolutely love this plug!! It works amazing with both my google home and apple HomeKit. My only Complaint is that I had some issues setting it up and had to call costumer service. Other than that, a great product!!

Love it when a product just works like it should out of the box. I was able to add these items to the iOS Home App in less than 10 minutes (all 3 of them). Simply scanned the QR code on each item and it was identified on the network. All that was left to do was name it and add it to a room. Perfect for controlling strings of Christmas lights.

Wanted a quality product with good customer feedback that worked with Apple HomeKit. They work amazing however the setup process was a bit wonky and I consider myself savvy. Would definitely recommend.

Great product but know this, the one outlet with the WEMO ID/HOMEKIT CODE is the very first one you must set up. If you do not it will not work. This makes life simpler especially when you can see the kids left the light on in another room but you just don't feel like getting up or can't get up for whatever reason. Like your cat who is too fat just got comfy and refuses to move.
