Hard to set up. Wasn’t working with my WiFi. Will give it one more shot and then will return.

These plugs come in handy for many things. You can plug them into an electrical outlet and then what you plug into these plugs can be controlled using the app on your phone to set timers or turn things on and off. It works well with Christmas tree lights.

Cool little smart home plug. Works like it is supposed to. Can control from my phone. iPad. And Alexa echo 8 and google nest home hub

I have used the other Wemo smart plugs and this one is the best one by far. It has a small footprint so it doesn’t block the other outlets either on the wall or power strip. I haven’t had any issues keeping it connected to Apple HomeKit like I have with the other Wemo plugs.

Since Belkin changed the app to require a login in, the smart plugs no longer reliably connect to the router, so cannot be used by the phone app or Echo. I spent hours playing with these smart plugs. Occasionally I could get them to properly connect to my router and then to Echo or use the app. But after a short time they no longer worked. Then after an insanely number of attempts I could get them to connect only to be dropped again. GRRRRR!!!! Belkin has been making these since the beginning of the Echo. For some reason they started requiring logging in. Things went downhill rapidly until these are non-functioning. Not sure what logging in to their network has to do with anything but they won't have to worry about me anymore. Taking back tomorrow!

Perfect way to automate your home, I am able to save on electric bill by using the app to automate most of my home lighting. I also use it to automate the on/off times for my christmas trees; outdoor lighting etc...

Set the three plugs up around the house for Christmas lights. They work great and I was able to connect them to my Apple home setup.

Picked this up over Christmas holiday to plug the tree in. Simple, affordable and quick install and now our Christmas Tree syncs right up to our Google Home account. No more squeezing behind tree to plug lights in, now it's just "Google, turn on Christmas Tree"!

If you already use the wemo smart plug ecosystem this will easily add to it. Just like their previous mini plug but even smaller. Adding in new plug into the app sometimes can take a few tries but usually will work by the 2nd time, if not reset the plug and try again.

Easy to set up. Used this for christmas lights in the house. Had bought some off brand ones before that all ended up broken after a year of use, this one seems to be far better made. App is pretty user friendly too.

Started using Wemo plugs to control Christmas lights and we now use them all over the house. They work well with Apple HomeKit and it’s great to be able to use “Hey, Siri” when your hands are full.

These are a must if you are switching from Amazon smart plugs. Was previously on the Amazon smart home eco, but have switched over to Apple. Best decision, the plugs were easy to setup with HomeKit and update. Haven’t had any Issues with Siri controlling them.

This review is more about the customer service of one individual, Roelle, I believe, is his name at the Fargo Best Buy. I was completely lost on what kind of camera to get and why. I came in THREE times and couldn't get any help and when I'd ask other salespeople, the answers were short, incomplete and rushed. Even when I came in this time, I went to the checkout area by the cameras and not one, but two employees ignored me. One said he was on break. Then came Roelle. He was considerate, knowledgable and spent 20 minutes showing us cameras, smart plugs and TVs. I ended up buying the outdoor Wire free camera, plugs and the Ring Doorbell. I wish he worked on commission because he deserves to be recognized for his kindness and brand reputation. I see others at the cameras/security systems every day and the other reps seem to avoid that area like the plague. Roelle was a refreshing wealth of knowledge.

Could be useful, but had some trouble setting up a WeMo account and tying in an earlier WeMo purchase.

Plugs have a smaller form factor than previous versions. They work better when connected through Amazon Alexa than with Wemo app.

Purchased a set when they were released and of course ran into a few software bugs. However, I’ve used Wemo for years and never had any huge software issues. So I ordered another set and these installed within minutes with no errors. Easily pairs with Apple HomeKit.

Extremely easy to install/setup and fun to use! You do have to have the WeMo app, but that is a very minor drawback, if you want to call it that. This is the "intro" Wemo product that got me hooked.

Contrary to the light switch this has been working without fail really good quality and performance

These were a great pickup. I was going out of town and needed a solution for my aquarium light. This setup very quickly. Longest part was updating the firmware (~15 minutes). I also have a newly purchased Google Hub, but haven't yet had a chance to try out the commands. Many settings are possible in the app, such as on/off at set times, on off at dusk/dawn, away mode to randomize lights in your home. I'm already thinking about adding some of the smart switches to control my outdoor lights.

I am now on my sixth Wemo outlet. They are fantastic. I enjoy how they work so well with HomeKit. They are very reliable. Each morning the home wakens for my wife just by her walking into the living room and she is grateful for the comfort that delivers.
