I've tried a couple other brands and have been the happiest with these overall. I have had a few random "unavailable" issues though but it was usually after an internet outage or after I moved one.

Wemo switch, no hub wifi

We can isolate the setback by unlinking-relinking your Wemo devices to your Alexa device. Try a network reboot, run the latest firmware, and equip the latest Wemo App and Amazon App to your handheld devices.
