For some reason, they have always been a pain to set up usually the wemo app crashes or generates errors). After several attempts, some swearing, and a good deal of patience, the device starts working and they are really nice to use. Perhaps the issues are unique to my hole internet set up, but buyer beware I guess.

Nice but a pain to trouble shoot

Take note also when you are changing your passwords on your internet connection as it will unlink the pair and you'll have to redo it again. What made it crazier is you have to keep on unistalling the app and installing it back and pray that your device gets recognized.
