    Unfortunately, I can't get this dimmer to connect to my network. It works here and there but needs to be reset all the time. I don't really use it.

    The condo we live in has a huge dinning room chandelier. I tried using this to dim the lights with. Its not a 3 way switch but the wiring is wired like it is. So beware I had to return this

    Hi, I used this dimmer switch for more than 6 months and for some reason this switch drops out of the WEMO app and I had to reconfigure it again and again.

    Crap Software Pretty lights

    The product is great, but the software is terrible. If you ever get it to connect, use you Google home to control it. I'm in I.T. and this was just terrible.

    Sometimes switch will just hang

    Dimmer switch will sometimes not work. Resetting the switch also does not work. We have to turn the breaker off and on to get the switch working.

    I bought 2 and this one did not work and working with Belkin to replace. This unit had trouble connecting to internet/wifi. So this could be a one off issue.

    I have a lot of wemo stuff. This stopped working after a year. I wouldn’t recommend.

    I’m happy with the Wemo brand but the dimmer needs some work. It periodically freezes and has to be power cycled.

However, if it won’t follow the commands for both application and physically, then you may try to reconfigure it and observe if the same concern appears.
