Not working as intended - not dimming
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just purchased a WeMo Dimmer today and installed it as directed. Works perfect as a WeMo switch. Light is dimmed, not able to increase. All LED lights, working just fine with previous digital dimmer. Luckily, I did not buy more than one. Had good experience with WeMo plugs and switches, really disappointed in the dimmer though. If limited to BMW LED bulbs, then it should be specified outside of box, in bold letters...if I cannot figure it out tomorrow, will go back to BestBuy on Friday.

Stops working every couple of months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The switch is fine when it works, but every couple of months it stops working. Won't respond to physical button presses nor the app. It won't reset either. The only way to get it going again is to flip the circuit breaker. It does come back up after that, but having to reset it every couple of months is unacceptable. There is a thread on their support site on this issue. Seems a bunch of people have had similar problems.

Disappointed in Voice Control
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The app works well; however if you plan on using this with "Alexa" via voice control....it will work about 50% of the time. I have contacted tech support and not had much success with that route. For the cost I am really frustrated with this process. I have removed device and added again, updated firmware, enabled skilled etc..... still about 50% of the time it works with voice control. If you need to only use with their app then you should be good.

Dimmer often freezes...

It is very annoying to have the dimmer stay off or turned on. The only way to reset the Dimmer is to use the breaker to turn the power off in my room.

Massively disappointing
