I read other reviews prior to purchasing; collectively they are somewhat accurate. If you are looking for an economical choice, you've found it. I primarily use mine to stream with a desktop computer. The picture quality is good. The sound quality from the TV's speaker is sub par, but I listen through a receiver/amplifier, so that's not an issue for me, although I do not like that this TV does not have line out jacks - you must connect to external sound using the headphone jack. Do not buy for its SMART capability - it is definitely lacking in this area. Overall, if you're looking to upgrade but not spend a lot, this is a good choice.

Th new 4K resolution is backward compatible and upscaling so as to make even really old shows and movies extra crisp and clear in a way that makes watching tv seem completly new. Wow u gotta go see what a huge difference 4k upcaling does to regular shows n movies. Outstanding.Th user guide is really lacking in details on hooking up vcr-s and digital tv converter boxes. but i know how, luckily. Make sure if ur watchin an over the air digital signal on th coax cable input source that th tv channel is set to channel 4 or ur picture will not come in clearly. At th sale price for this Westinghouse I am Extremly Happy. Th shipping was delayed by four days for unknown reasons. Even though I asked no one could tell me much more than vaque answers as to where my tv was.and th confirmation email bestbuy sends u with tracking info is lacking in specific info. My address to be delivered to, merely said the city of Sparks Nv. Lacking my street adress causing much frustration trying to log into my bestbuy account which in itself is incrediblly difficult, as the requirements for creating a password are insanely oversecure making it impossible to remember ur password. Very silly security requirements. Overall th tv eventually got here n I'm Very Happy with th Quality. Th only thing lacking on this beautiful tv is an extra av jack as it only has one.(th yellow, white, n red jack set input) which allows only one vcr if ur gonna use th coax cable jack for an antennae.still this is easily Th BestTV Ever for this price. Thanx Bestbuy.

Though it came with the lower plastic frame a lil broken guess from shipment handling, had to fix it with glue a lil.. but its absolutely amazing. I so much appreciate getting the tv, love it... works great, real ultra HD!!

I use in my office as a monitor and during my down time I can watch netflix with the built in wi-fi. great viewing quality, I also have spectrum so I hook up my computer to it and have instant cable program to view. Very satisfied so far with this product for the price.

I'm not going to lie and say this is the best 4K TV you can get but you won't get better for the $260 I paid for this one. It seemed to be an in store sale or at least one I didn't see advertized so this was an impulse buy for me. I got it to use as an external monitor for my laptop workstation. This is effectively like having 4 x 24inch HD monitors. I used a HMDI-DVI cable to hook it up to my Lenovo Thinkpad docking station. Worked flawlessly. The screen size is large enough that the fonts look about the same size as they did on my 24inch display (now retired). The screen real estate is phenomenal and completely fills my field of view when at the desk. Awesome for spreadsheets and other work that benefits from a large lay out space. Best of all since this TV has WiFI built in I can easily switch over and watch Netflix of YouTube without having to tie up computer resources to do so. I immediately told my work colleagues about this deal and several of them jumped on it also.

I read reviews on this TV and almost didn't go with this one. I also watched reviews on YouTube. I decided to give it a shot knowing I had 15 days to return if necessary. First of all it was a great cost for a 4K Smart TV. Set up was a breeze. Picture is great as well as ease of use. I do have a surround sound speaker system that works great with this TV as well. I've had this TV for just under a month and I can't be happier. Don't feel like you have to spend a ton of money to get a great TV. Best Buy sells great items and price matches. Its a win win.

This is been a wonderful TV for my mother-in-law who is on a fixed income. She enjoys using all the apps going through the Internet and then also having cable. Seamlessly switching to every app that’s available to her it’s a beautiful picture and easy to use

I bought this TV so that I could give my 40 inch to a family member. I couldn't be more happy with this TV. It has a great picture and everything so far has worked very well on it. The smart function is not that spectacular but I just use a Roku in place of that. Obviously it's not a high end TV but if you're looking for a decent 4K TV without paying too much, this is definitely one to consider, I love it so far.

I bought this TV because my Dad has a Westinghouse.... TV is lightweight, easy to install, but the functionality of the smart software leaves much to be desired. Intermittent wireless connectivity issues forcing you to pick up your remote and cancel or reconnect to wireless... different HDMI ports have different resolution values.... next time, it's a SONY for me!

Setup was very easy; great picture; easy to use & sound is great

It was a good price. The price for the size was good. The set up was easy. The picture quality and sound is good. I would like to see more app options. I love apps. I don’t like how slow the tv starts. And the remote sucks. The remote is not user friendly. So all and all I am comfortable with the purchase.

I posted a longer review but Best Buy hasn't seen fit to post it yet. Despite the title and description, this TV does not support HDR. Period. Doesn't support it in the Netflix app and doesn't support it over HDMI. One picture shows the TV hooked up to my PS4 Pro where it accepts all HDMI 2 options except HDR. The other picture shows this TV on the bottom failing to show HDR in the netflix app while the top TV shows HDR for the same show. Also, I see a lot of color gradients on this screen that I don't see on my other 4k TVs. This makes me think the panel has 6 bits per color rather than 8, let alone the 10 it needs to display HDR properly. And the sound is terrible. It's muddy and distorted even at moderate levels. I gave it 2 stars because it displays a non-HDR 4k picture and has low input lag. Overall, it's suitable for the guest bedroom, kids' playroom, or garage.

Really excellent television for the price. Like that it is 4K & has an awesome picture. The sound from the speakers is very clear and has very good separation & distinct equalization with no tinny treble and with clear bass even though these are only 8 watt speakers. Like the ability to have a surround sound effect without having to have a sound bar. Bought this TV for our guest bedroom as I cannot have a TV in the master bedroom or I would not sleep. The size is perfect for this room! The only negative comment I have is the seemingly long time this television takes to start up after turning it on. This is noticeable to me but isn’t a deal breaker. I do worry about the length of time this television will last as I have never owned a television made by Westinghouse and the television that it replaced was a Sony 32” tube television that was over 12 years old and was still going strong, but with this television I won’t need 4 weightlifters to move it & if it does go out I can replace it myself 3X for what a Sony costs! In summary, it’s a wonderful purchase for a bedroom or an apartment living room, especially if you like Netflix or Pandora because hooking this TV up to the cable box & WiFi was extremely easy!
