Q: Does this come with Factory warranty? If so, for how many years is this product covered for?
A: Yes it says one year but I have been dealing with them about my TV and have got nowhere so far. I would advise you to buy a different brand.
A: This product does not feature bluetooth.
A: Yes it does but I would look for a better brand. I bought one because of the price and I learned the hard way. Just like the old sane goes You get what you pay for. I have had no luck with Westinghouse manufacturer and it's still under warranty. BUY ANOTHER Brand!
Q: Is there a way to download more apps on this TV?
A: No. Installed apps are Netflix, Pandora, YouTube, Vudu and Toon Goggles. But there are 3 HDMI inputs if you want to connect an Amazon Fire Stick or other devices.
A: Yes, you can use it as a monitor with HDMI input, supporting its full 4K resolution at 60Hz. You just have to make sure your video card supports 60Hz 4K through HDMI (eg HDMI 2.0). Most HDMI 1.4 cards only push 4K at 30Hz which is okay for apps (eg Word, Quickbooks) but not games.
A: I connects to your network wireless or wired, that's how it can give you the "smart" part. so that you can watch Netflix/YouTube/Vudo ect.. ect...
