I bought this smart tv for my son so o can eliminate cable. I was only given s few choices for apps. I had to buy a fire stick so he can have a popular app that the tv wouldn’t let him get. Disney. Very disappointed

The tv worked decent for two days before the picture started to distort and go out. The constitution wasn't very great either. When I in-boxed it, the bezel around the screen hadn't been fully clipped and the screen had a dip along the edge. It straightened out after fully clipping the bezel. I recommend spending a little extra and avoid buying this product.

Had this tv for about 5 months and it randomly freezes and u can’t turn it off. You have to get up and unplug it to reset the tv and loses internet connection often

The picture quality is poor. People faces are faded and no adjustments can correct the poor picture color quality.

I got a great TV with disconnected sales record for installation/removal service. Then the charges were not clear/completed at one time.

This TV is absolutely horrible. The sound does not work-I cannot hear any voices, only background music and sound effects. I spent hours on the phone with customer service and was continually transferred, told to reset the TV, escalated, and then told to wait for “an email” to proceed. Al the whole, I have a TV that o Lt plays background music . Ridiculous!

It was a good deal but the speakers are not that great on the TV and the controller stopped working

I bought it for my Xbox One S when I plugged it in it won't recognize the signal. I took it back to the store and they told me it wasn't compatible with it. I would not recommend this TV for gaming. And the sound quality is horrible. Other than that for the price the TV is okay you get what you pay for

Had tv less than 30 days and one night heard a loud pop and it wouldn’t even turn off at the tv. It blew!

Monitor was ok out of the box but I quickly found a dead pixel. I went thru the manufacturer tests and the pixel was still dead. I returned this monitor and purchased a Samsung from another store. The Samsung has been great so far.

I have found that this product did not meet my expectations.

I ordered it online . Took about a week to get to the store. I went and picked it up and then I went home and set it up . When I powered it on . The inner screen was broken . I already read that this TV had an issue with it . But I thought maybe I would get one that dint. Guess not...

This Smart TV isn't so smart. It will not connect to my Wifi no matter what I attempt. Ended up using a Roku instead. That's what I get for being cheap and not buying a Samsung.

Product works bought 15 for my business 2 arrived damaged and two additional went bad in two months.

Picked this TV up on sale and am very pleased. Picture is good, especially for the price, sound is good and setup is easy. It is a basic TV with the bonus of having 4K resolution. The drawback is the limited capability of the smart features. Limited to just a few apps, do not get this if you are wanting to watch Hulu, Prime or other services, especially in 4K. You will still need a stand alone streaming box, but again, given the price, you are still ahead. I would recommend this as a second TV, but I would invest more and avoid this as my primary TV. if this were my primary TV and get more features such as HDR, higher wattage speakers, better contrast, more HDMI inputs, etc. I put mine in an exercise room and in a game room and for that it is perfect.

TV had a blue line down the center of the screen when recieved and didn't know it cause it was a Christmas gift so we couldn't return it due to the warranty be up.

Best Buy has many more TVs that are better values than Westinghouse. Back WiFi, bad picture and limited “smart” capabilities. Returned it and bought different brand.

Just recently the picture on the 43" Ultra HD Smart TV quit working leaving me with sound only.
