Picture and sound quality are good enough. For some reason the TV won't remember the WiFi password at my mother-in-law's house. I think the router keeps resetting.

As others have mentioned, the TV will randomly turn off by itself I had that happen to me on the second day after I bought it also on the second day I noticed that the TV was having issues responding to my remote control. I would try to turn up the volume and the TV would not respond until 15 seconds later, I tried to use my cable box remote to control it as well and it also had a lag to respond. For the price, it's a nice smart TV but beware of the small issues that this TV has.

Tv operates slow as molasses. Have to turn it on and wait a solid 45 seconds for it to connect to wifi so it doesn't route you straight to network settings while trying to go to Netflix, YouTube, etc. Constantly have to wait for it to catch up while browsing or even sometimes just turning the volume up will cause it to lag. Decent picture quality, horrible input processing. I'd definitely choose Insignia, Samsung or Toshiba over this if purchased again. Hindsight is 20/20.

Overall a great tv. The price was right for the size I was looking for. The remote and speakers are just average, but overall does not hinder the experience.

The TV is pretty standard but for the price you get a little more than you pay for. I owned another Westinghouse and it was reliable and is still lasting.

Very easy to assemble, picture perfect display. No need to buy any speakers or sound bars volume is awesome! Love how YouTube and pandora is right there at a touch of a botton. Only thing i dislike is theres no numbers on the remote so you would have to channel up/down to where you're trying to get channel by channel.

Very difficult to set up! Cable company couldn't help. Had to go to Westinghouse for assistance. Picture and sound are great, once set up was achieved.

I only needed a simple Smart TV that I could access Netflix on. This TV fits the bill and the picture is nice and clear. I would recommend this TV.

I was skepitcal about getting a Westinghouse over a Samsung but I don't regret my purchase. The picture and sound quality is amazing to me

I'm disappointed in this purchase because I am not able to get a true HD pic. Strong signal and checked by cable co. It just won't stay clear. Have already ordered a new Samsung.

Spare TV and It works great. Have not had a chance to use the internet but it is in use with my blue ray player and the picture is excellent.

It's been a great purchase so far. It does everything I want a smart tv to do and I have the option of not connecting it to the internet.

Solid television with a great budget price point. It boasts a solid picture with good size. The remote is elongated with many functional features and buttons, including my favorites YouTube and Netflix. The only drawback is no tv guide.

The only con is that it takes a little longer to connect to my network than my other tvs. For the price and size it can't be beat.

It is a good tv. Not the best resolution but it works well for the application I got it for.

I love the television bout I hate that DIRECTV has manipulated my remote and presently I'm unable to turn off the television

I am more than satisfied with this 50" tv. The picture is clear and vibrant and the BestBuy price made it a fantastic purchase.

Before buying this tv I have never heard of this brand so I was a bit scared but the tv works fine. Plus it was a great price

tHIS TV is fantastic for the price. I would buy another one for my daughters!! But I am going to buy a 65 inch curved TV next!!
