The guys at the Store laughed when I told them I had to return it, because they have so many returned. Do not buy.

You'll want a smarter tv

ONLY the preset Apps can be utilized so if you have an Amazon account it cannot be added and you would still need something like a Roku to have those programs available. Also this product is not compatible with my cable remote which requires the use of the factory remote and the cable remote. On a positive side it has pretty good video quality
