I was initially intimidated by the number of assembly pieces, due to the fact that you essentially have 3 different ways to configure the console. I was so relieved when I realized all the hardware was separately packaged in baggies that corresponded to each well-written assembly instruction. Console is solid and sturdy. This is an excellent product.

Have only had for a couple of weeks now but I expect it to last for a long time. Assembly was not difficult at all and instructions were pretty good. My only complaint was that it did not have the mount screws for my Samsung 65" TV. It does say that it fits MOST TVs, not all, and mine just happened to be one that it didn't fit. Bought the necessary mount screws and used everything else that came with and was able to complete assembly. Overall very satisfied with it.

Their service was awesome. I had purchased the A/V components from the Best Buy on Michigan Ave. in Chicago a while back and decided to redo my set-up. The entire set-up was done by the Geek Squad in a short period of time. The quality of materials is excellent. By the way they had to improvise to mount the TV as it was a non-standard mount. I am very pleased!

I did not use power tools; had zero issues. Will note however, when attaching the legs, do not screw one side all the way in until the other side is partially screwed in, too ;-)
