Back doors are mounted by magenta for easy access. Could not have found a better piece for this use.

It bows in the middle after just a couple of weeks. You wouldn't think so for how good it looks and the quality, but it does. I am so disappointed and I want to prevent others from buying this. DO NOT BUY!!!!

This TV stand is solid wood and very well constructed for coming in a box. It has a beautiful finish and looks great in the media room!

I purchased this product after a long search for the perfect hd tv stand. It is fairly expensive but it is solid, stylish and very well made. I especially like the back panels that have multiple openings for cords and are held on by magnets. This is a very convenient feature for setting up your components. Also, the unit was delivered assembled. All I had to put on were the door and drawer handles. The only slightly negative thing is that the drawers are small. They are good for holding CDs or Blue Ray cases, not DVDs. Oh, and when you take it out of the box, do not break the styrofoam packaging. You'll be picking up pieces of it for weeks.

It is thick, durable and enhances the look of our living room. The back is removable and is easy to hook up all of the electronics. A great addition to our living room.

We've had the entertainment center for over a month. It suits our needs perfectly, to keep entertainment system components inside the center so our little cat won't chew them up and the finish is very nice for the price. It is sturdy, holding our TV just fine and the drawers/doors work well. What we especially like: + Minimal assembly needed. + Solid, heavy, seems to be well-built. + Nicer fit and finish than we expected. + Our copy does not appear to sag, even after a month. + Plenty of room for a FiOS setbox top, entertainment receiver, multi-CD player, Bluetooth CD player, Apple TV "puck" and a Wii U....AND we still have room to add another component.

This piece is terrific. We shopped at furniture stores, department stores and more before finding this one at Best Buy. It completed the look we were going for!!!!

We have had this TV stand for 6 months. My husband and I both love it. It's sleek, classic style, and dark wood finish would look nice in a modern or traditional style living room. It looks much nicer in person than on the internet! We also love the quality! The whole unity just feels sturdy, like it will hold up for a long time... even with a bit of abuse from our young kids. It came fully assembled when they delivered it. We are happy with this purchase... well worth the $$.

This is the best TV stand I ever purchased. Came already assembled...the only thing you must put install the handles which is very easy therefore do not pay for assembly.

After looking at several furniture stores we seen this at Best Buy while picking up our new TV. We were shocked that we found this high quality product here. Better quality than furniture stores

I could not be more satisfied with my purchase. Stand comes pre-assembled. Extremely user friendly. I would purchase another piece from Whalen.

If you are like me, that hates putting furniture together this is for you! 99% of it is already is assembled. Good quality, and great looking. Just make sure that this is what you want as it is a HIGH console. If you do not want your TV too high then this might not be for you. I have a 60 inch flat TV and for us it was just perfect.

Everything looks good and was easy to set up components. My only complaint is that the top sags forcing the cross piece to hit corner of door but I can still open and close the door.

When I was looking for my new audio/video setup and all the components I needed I looked into my local Best Buy store for what they had available. It just so happened that Best Buy was offering this cabinet for free with the purchase of a Samsung 55" 3D TV that was already sale priced. I couldn't refuse that offering so I made the purchase. Boy I don't regret it. This cabinet is just beautiful and adds an aesthetic value to the room. It fits in very well with all the room's other furnishings and really accents my new Samsung TV as well. I am very pleased with it and I really couldn't improve on the price.

We are really pleased with this purchase. It is solid wood so it will last forever. The removal panels in the back of the unit make it easy to set up our home theater systm and the glass panes insure that we can operate it without opening the doors. Our 42" plasma HDTV fits perfectly and it looks great in our game room.

We love this television stand. Not only does our 70" flat screen sit perfectly on this beautiful piece of furniture, it enhances the look of the entire room. The cabinets and drawers are very useful. We actually accessorized the stand by adding pull out baskets on the lower shelf which enhanced its already beautiful character. If you are buying a high-end television, you definitely want a beautiful piece of furniture to compliment that expensive purchase ... and, we got it !!

Nice console on the whole. My 60" TV fits perfectly on there and the console is classy looking without being over the top. Plenty of storage for video game controllers and headsets to be put away out of site, lots of shelve storage for cable box and vid game consoles. A little pricey, but overall I'm pleased with the looks and apparent quality of the product.
