Purchased two of these just a few days ago. They shipped and arrived within three days(awesome). Needed an audio tower deep enough to hold my components. Most entertainment centers are much to shallow(deep) front to back to hold most high end gear. This audio tower was one of few that measured deep enough. Other audio towers can run into a couple thousand plus dollars! Most are custom builds. The instructions were clear to the point. A great thing is the extra bolts and washers(lock & flat) that were inside. Can't ever recall a manufacturer adding extra hardware(a wonderful thing to do)!! No defects or breakage very well packed. Just a couple spots where stain was light but Whalen even added a stain marker as well to cover those spots. The put together was "EASY"! Had both together inside of an hour. I believe I could "RAVE ON" for days about this product and how happy I am with it. My audio gear has never looked better! Thanks Whalen very being one of the few that offer a tower deep enough to handle audio gear that requires such depth. Nice looking too!!!

The item appeared to be the best option for an audio system. The item was too wide for the cavity where it was to be placed. I returned it unassembled and still in the box after measuring the proposed placement and reviewing the dimensions on the box.

Received a item the was returned, the issue was middle table had screws missing and some corners chipped. But it works for what i needed it for some no matter.

Horrible! Sturdy enough, but wood and metal were scratched and marred all over. We bought the item on sale, but the box came damaged (punctured) and all taped up with another person’s name on it, so clearly it was seconds and someone else’s return. Because we are senior citizens and it is extremely heavy, we cannot return it…too heavy to lift and transport. If you want thrift store seconds (actually worse than seconds), the Whalen 27” Audio Tower is for you!

Came in with dented shelves. Other than that solid when assembled. They offered a twelve dollar discount for the trouble otherwise I’d have to pack it all back in the box and send it back not worth the trouble.

Top panel A loose screws came out would not tighten to secure wish i could get one that tighten properly.

Great stand, perfect size and great modern look to update the room.

Great piece of furniture and it was easy to assemble.

Easy to put together until one tapped screw hole was not clean and it took several attempts to clean it up and finish assembly.
