Terribly Made

I waited a week for a replacement piece to be delivered from the manufacturer, that can broken too. I had to load the 138 pound unit into my car and deliver to Best Buy, They reordered another unit Guess what?? IT came with the SAME damaged piece. We were able to glue it back together. Best Buy customer service was non existent

The instructions didn't have warnings to not move the unit until you were at a certain point in the assembly process which would have prevented damaging the unit. I had to piece parts of it back together with my own fix because of the lack of information.
