When we got it home, my daughter attempted to assemble it and discovered the middle board didn't align correctly with the pre-made holes. I called the store and told them what had happened and asked if I could just exchange the middle board as the entire unit was already assembled and was far too heavy to load up and return. All was going well til the rep found out they didn't have any more in stock. Well I ended up keeping it without the middle board attached. This stand is definitely not worth $299.99 due to the manufacturers error. Companies need to ensure their products are made correctly before distributing to major stores and allowing the consumer to purchase it. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again as they don't care how their products go out.

TAKE SOME PICTURES AND MAYBE WILL SEND YOU SOME MONEY.THIS IS THEIR IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE . IT IS VERY POOR.

Best Buy would not return it because it was out of the 30 day period before I could get a handy man to come and set it up for me. I watched him unbox it.

Whalen has very bad customer service

I can't believe Bestbuy is selling products from Whalen. The product showed up with many missing parts and damaged parts. It took for very to resolve the issue.

Perfect for over-heating consoles

Its wide open on all sides with plenty of air flow. Since I set it up, I have not heard the noise again, on either console. It looks great, easy to set-up...I would recommend getting some help if you can. Took about an hour to put together with help. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to give their electronics some breathing room.
